In 1969 Back-To-School fashions were all about comfort and bold designs for young students. The pant dress or two-piece sets sewn from double knit polyester, corduroy and stretchy comfortable knits were all the rage. Little school girls wore their hair short in pigtials or curls upwards in a simple flip at the ends only.
