A Doll Sized LIFE Magazine from 1944

       This historic LIFE magazine published on June 5th, 1944, may be printed for your American Girl Doll, Molly, or any other alternative 18" doll versions. The six pages are in order from top to bottom.
 
Directions:
  1. Print these magazine pages. 
  2. Cut them out carefully.
  3. Fold each page in half.
  4. Glue the blank back sides together in order from top to bottom. (as seen below)
  5. Paste the cover photo to the front of your assembled pages.

 Questions to ask and think about:
  1. During WWII what kinds of jobs do you think women did?
  2. What do you think people during battle hoped to return home to according to the pictures shown in our magazine?
  3. If you were to publish a magazine during a war, what would you include on the pages?
