The Hyacinth Doll, mini book page and poetry...

 Hyacinth, the pretty thing,
Comes to us in early spring;
Says she always loves to hear
Easter bells a-ringing clear.

       Assemble a mini doll sized book: Above, is the Hyacinth's illustration and verse. Visitors can collect all the flower illustrations and verse from "Flower Children" to print and construct a small book of verse for their dolls. Simply drag each png. into a Word Document, print, cut out all of the images the same size and staple the pages together at the left edge. Squeeze out some white school glue along the stapled edge of the pages and attach a cardboard cover.

The scientific name for Hyacinth is Scilloideae. Read more about these flowers here.

Craft a Little Hyacinth Clothespin Dolly Too!

Left, paint the clothespin flower doll bright green along with it's stand.
Center, strip the silk hyacinth pick clean and hot glue the petals, stem and leaves to the
clothespin to make clothing for the flower doll. Right, don't forget to give your little
friend a funny face!
