To greet the fairest of the world;
Come Roses all, and pay your duty:
Madame the Queen, American Beauty!
Assemble a mini doll sized book: Right, is the Rose's illustration and verse. Visitors can collect all the flower illustrations and verse from "Flower Children" to print and construct a small book of verse for their dolls. Simply drag each png. into a Word Document, print, cut out all of the images the same size and staple the pages together at the left edge. Squeeze out some white school glue along the stapled edge of the pages and attach a cardboard cover.
The scientific name for the Rose is Rosaceae. Read more about the flowering plant with hundreds of species...

Use the Victorian scrap below to make your very own beautiful rose paper doll. Print her from your home computer, cut her torso and head out and then paste a skirt made from fabric, lace, ribbons or fancy papers. Attach a print-out of fancy shoes to the bottom of her skirt. Scrap paper dolls were often hung from Christmas trees by Victorians over 100 years ago but you could make an entire floral inspired set of dolls to display in your room, hanging from garland or just to collect for fun!
