We made festive silver and gold party hats for our dolls on New Years Day this year and we also trimmed them with sparkly tinsel! This is an easy craft for children to make. Although it take a bit of trail and error to get the perfect size for your dolls heads...

Supply List:
- Christmas tinsel garland in gold and or silver
- decorative scrap paper
- hot glue and hot glue gun
- ribbon or elastic for party hat ties (optional)
- First, you will need to cut a cardboard cone shape made from a circle template that is cut in half and curled, stapled together and covered with decorative paper.
- Then cut a length of elastic or ribbon to staple on either side of the hat to help hold the party hat onto the doll's head during play.
- Then hot glue a tinsel trim to the edge of the hat and let it dry before putting it onto your doll's head.
