Above are applique Halloween characters on pillows for our doll's family room couch. One one side of the grey wool throw pillow are two Jack-O-Lanterns and on the other side is a friendly white ghost.

Above is a photo of a simple straight stitched spider web in white thread sewn into a black wool pillow. I then stitched a plastic spider to the front side for added interest.
